Alchemy Inside provides:

• Digital products: Self-service tools, templates, and guides for building AI agent workforces
• Community membership: The Workshop on Skool, a paid community for builders and operators
• Consulting services: Professional engagements to deploy AI agent workforces in your operation

Digital Products

Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically after purchase. You will receive an email with access instructions and your unique access code.

License

Purchasing a digital product grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the product for your own business purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, or share products with others.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing a product, contact us at hello@alchemyinside.com and we will resolve it.

Consulting Services

Scope of Work

Consulting engagements are governed by a separate Statement of Work agreed upon before the engagement begins. These Terms of Service apply in addition to any engagement-specific terms.

Work Audit Guarantee

For Work Audit engagements: if we do not identify at least 3 workflows that can be automated to save 20+ hours per month, you pay nothing and keep the full audit report.

Intellectual Property

All content on alchemyinside.com, including text, graphics, logos, and product materials, is the property of Alchemy Inside and is protected by copyright law. Our products contain proprietary methodologies that may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Alchemy Inside provides products and services "as is." While we strive for accuracy and quality, we make no guarantees about specific business outcomes from using our products or services. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.

Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that our products will produce specific results for your business. AI agent deployment outcomes depend on many factors including your specific workflows, data quality, team capability, and implementation quality.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alchemy Inside from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our products or services, or your violation of these terms.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
