Sprints

Four fixed-price installs. One at a time.

Each sprint closes one specific way money walks out of a cash-pay practice. The scope is written down, the price is on the page, and it's done in two to four weeks, mostly inside the booking system you already pay for.

Every one ends the same way: the number it was meant to move, measured before we start and again 60 days after it's live, written up and sent to you whichever way it went.

Which one first?

The free diagnostic asks twelve questions about what happens to a patient in your practice and recommends a sprint from your answers, with the answers behind it. It's a likely fit, not a diagnosis, and each sprint page asks a few questions before it sells you anything.

When several things are leaking at once, start with the fastest one to prove. Most practices need one sprint, sometimes two, and nobody needs all four at once.

Sometimes the honest answer is that nothing needs installing, and the diagnostic will say so.

Two more, by conversation

These are real leaks too, but neither is a fixed-price sprint yet, because the work depends too much on the practice. They start with a conversation: the free call, or the audit.

First-Visit Follow-Up

The consult went well, but the patient didn't book, and nobody followed up. This turns a first visit or a consult into a second appointment instead of a name that never comes back.

Practice Numbers & Reporting

Numbers you can trust: who's due back, what patients actually paid, where memberships come from. It's often what a sprint's before-and-after depends on, so it sometimes comes first. What you charge stays your call.

Book a free 15-minute call to talk either one through.

When a sprint isn't the obvious fit

Sometimes the answer is "look properly first".

Several areas leaking at once, a question about pricing, more than one location, or a setup outside a sprint's scope: that's what the Found Money Audit is for. It works from your practice's own numbers, sizes what's recoverable across all six areas in estimated dollars, and says which sprint is worth doing first, or whether any of them are.

Found Money Audit

$497

One week

If I don't identify at least $10,000 a year in recoverable revenue, the audit is free. And if you start a sprint within 60 days, the $497 comes off it.

Every dollar figure on this site is an estimate, not a promise. What a sprint recovers depends on your patients, your prices and how the routine is held day to day.
