Agreement to Terms

By accessing alchemyinside.com or purchasing our products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Our Services

Alchemy Inside helps cash-pay practices (med spas, aesthetics, weight-loss, hormone and longevity practices) find and recover revenue already inside the practice. We provide:

• Free tools: The practice diagnostic (scorecard), the Found Money calculator, and the pages and emails that explain your results
• Digital products: The Med Spa Money Map book and its companion materials
• Consulting services: The Found Money Audit, implementation engagements that build the systems the audit identifies, and the Found Money Retainer

Digital Products

Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically. The Kindle edition of The Med Spa Money Map is sold and delivered by Amazon under Amazon's terms. Free downloads are delivered from this site or by email when you request them.

License

Purchasing a digital product grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the product for your own business purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, or share products with others.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing a product, contact us at hello@alchemyinside.com and we will resolve it.

Consulting Services

Scope of Work

Consulting engagements are governed by a separate Statement of Work agreed upon before the engagement begins. These Terms of Service apply in addition to any engagement-specific terms.

Found Money Audit Guarantee

If the Found Money Audit doesn't identify at least $10,000 in annual hidden value, you don't pay, and you keep the report. The guarantee covers what the audit identifies, not the revenue you later recover, which depends on how the recommendations are implemented.

Audit Fee Credit

If you engage us for an install after an audit, the audit fee is credited toward that engagement, provided the engagement starts within 60 days of the audit.

No Medical Advice; No Patient Health Information

Our work concerns practice operations and revenue: follow-up, scheduling, retention, pricing and marketing. We do not provide medical, clinical, legal or tax advice. Our diagnostics and audits work from practice-level figures, and we do not request or need individual patient health information. Please don't send it to us through our forms, email or booking tools.

Intellectual Property

All content on alchemyinside.com, including text, graphics, logos, and product materials, is the property of Alchemy Inside and is protected by copyright law. Our products contain proprietary methodologies that may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Alchemy Inside provides products and services "as is." While we strive for accuracy and quality, we make no guarantees about specific business outcomes from using our products or services. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.

Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that our products or services will produce specific results for your practice. Dollar figures from the diagnostic, calculators and book are directional estimates from the numbers you provide, not findings or promises. Actual results depend on many factors, including your patient mix, data quality, team capacity and how recommendations are implemented.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alchemy Inside from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our products or services, or your violation of these terms.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
